June Update: 70% Complete Fulfillment! + Floral Dragons Coloring Book PDF

Hey Backers!
We're excited as we're 70% complete on fulfilling orders for this campaign! We have some some updates for the shipping timeline as we've received information from the freight and the shipping companies.
Also, we love hearing about people receiving their rewards and their first impressions, be sure to tag us on socials or post pics on our Discord when you get them!

Shipping Status
USA EAST - Still shipping orders for Waves 2 & 3, we've been told they should all be shipped out by end of next week.
USA WEST - Waves 1,2,3 complete!
CANADA - These are still being prepared at the fulfillment centre and will update when these have freighted to Canada.
EU/UK - Waves 1,2,3 have been shipped with the exception of orders with Vespon pendants. We had shipped these to the UK last year and they were just recently returned to us for reasons that weren't explained to us.
We have shipped these back, and because of European GPSR we are working on some relabeling to help unsure no further delays.
Rest of the World - We have imitated these shipments with our fulfillment centre VFI, they will be sending these out to worldwide hubs to be fulfilled.
Minis Freight Status! They're on a boat!
We've been informed that all the miniatures are on boats, and that the estimated arrival at the warehouses is between July 15-30th.
Floral Dragons Coloring Book PDF
You may have noticed that we also dropped a new PDF today, a Print'N Play version of the Floral Dragons Coloring Book thanks to the amazing suggestion by Abigail Langeland (THANK YOU!).
We reformatted the booklet into an over 50 page pdf that you can print from home. Keep in mind it's in the landscape format when you print!

May Update: USA Tariffs - Back down to 30% from 145%

Hey Backers,
This update was initially going to be very different.
Right after our last update about covering tariffs (when they were only 54%), the rate increased to 145% and held for the better part of a month, halting everything in terms of shipping items to the USA as costs were untenable.
We were looking for a solution on how to proceed, and had originally written a completely different update. Thankfully, the morning of May 12th we received word that tariffs have been reduced to 30% for the next 90 days.
That said, our minis have finished manufacturing and are ready for pick up so we have initiated freight with our freight forwarding company.
The current challenge we expect to face is a run on freight. These high tariffs affected many different industries, so we anticipate other companies will try to seize this same opportunity. This may result in higher freight costs for us, but we hope not by much.
We will keep you all informed should there be any delays or roadblocks that occur due to this shift in the market.
TLDR: We are still not charging additional tariffs on the miniatures at this time, and will update you if things change.
We want to get these rewards into your hands and we’re doing what we can to minimize impact on you, our backers. If you are American and feeling frustrated with the current economic situation, we encourage you to contact your Congress representative to let them know how the tariffs are affecting you and the small businesses in your communities.
Shipping Status
The Waves - Estimated Start Update
USA: There have been a few delays around getting some of the waves started due to the reallocation of inventory from one warehouse to another
Why did we change fulfillment centres? In short, we were unhappy with the services from our previous North American fulfillment centre and have since moved to PackYak, who have 2 fulfillment locations in the USA. We had anticipated that this move would be complete by now and that fulfillment would have started for all of the US and Canada, but the move is still in progress. We apologize for the delay this has caused. That said, we are excited that this change will aid us in providing you an improved shipping experience once your rewards are on their way.
Note: Additionally All Wave 4 estimates have been bumped a month because of anticipated freight issues.

Hey Backers!
Quick update here, fulfillment has officially started and some of you should have already received your rewards! It's still early in the sprints so we'll update you later this month with how things have progressed.
We wanted to do a quick update as we've heard concerns from some of you regarding the ongoing trade war in the USA. On April 2nd, a new rate of 54% was levied onto imports from China. As of now the only items we're still waiting on are the miniatures.
Hit Point Press will be charged tariffs to import these items into the USA. This additional cost does affect us, but we are not passing this cost onto you, the backers. We appreciate your love and support during this campaign, and wanted to make sure you are taken care of and are aware that this wouldn't affect you.

Fulfillment Sprints Important Information - Please Read!

Hello Backers!
Addresses have been officially locked and we're preparing to send the fulfillment data to the fulfillment centres.
At this time all warehouses have the core items to fulfill (books and box sets), but we're still waiting on delivery of some items (for example Uk/EU is still waiting on dice to arrive).
Below is how we'll start fulfilling the Floral Dragons campaign!
How will fulfillment work - Waves!
To simplify fulfillment sprints on large projects like this (Over 10,000 packages!) We divide the project into smaller manageable chunks for the fulfillment centres.
For Floral Dragons, the easiest orders to fulfill are Wave 1: Book only, and Wave 2: Box (including free puzzle) set only. What this means is if you only got a book or box set, you would be in those waves. If you got a pin, bookplate, dice, you would be in Wave 3.
Below are estimates of when these sprints should begin, based on information provided to us by the warehouses. This information is subject to change based on warehouse availability and delivery of outstanding items.
Please note, if you completed your survey after March 15th, your order will be processed after Wave 3.
Wave 4 - All orders containing miniatures - Early to Mid July
*Canada
Canadian orders are being built by PackYak, then collectively freighted over to Canada and then shipped from a hub. This means there will be 2 waves for Canadians. As not all the accessories have landed, we will need to wait for them to arrive to complete the sprint.
*Minis
As mentioned in the January update, the current estimate from manufacturing is that the minis will be ready for pick up late April. Freight can take up to 1-3 months, and as such, wave 4 starting estimate is slated for July
Will I get Tracking?
Yes, once your order is sent to shipment hub they will assign it a tracking number. It may take up to 7 business days to see movement.
