USA Wave 4 GM Sreens - Air Shipping to Warehouses
Manufacturing has been completed for the GM screen reprint, we're currently air shipping to US warehouses so we can resume shipping out Wave 4 orders!

Regional Updates

USA (East/West) - Shipping next week/GM Screen Reprint:
- As Canada's pallet is now in a good state, the Wave 4 shipments will be starting next week.
- We have come across a slight issue in that we didn't print enough GM screens! We are currently rushing a reprint and will air ship the inventory we need to the US to cover the open orders. It will only affect some USA Wave 4 and 5 orders, we will email the affected backers so they know the status of their shipment.

Canada - Packaging and freight prepped to move to Canada:
- We're almost there, Canada! Getting this freight shipment set up was like pulling teeth but we've got word that by the end of this week the pallet headed for Canada should be ready for pick up. From there it takes a couple days to get to the Canadian fulfillment centre, where they are ready to slap labels on and get it to you!

- Waves 1-4 have been completed! If you're a person who filled their survey out late or recently preordered, those shipments will be sent to the fulfillment centres next.

July Update - Minis are Landing! - 80% fulfilled!

Minis are almost here!
Great news! We’ve received word that miniatures are arriving at all of our locations. From there, the process looks like this:
- Customs & Brokerage,
- Delivery to the warehouse,
- Receiving into the warehouse,
- Importing order information,
- Building packages,
- Shipping!,
Timelines vary by warehouse, but we typically see shipping begin around two weeks after inventory arrives. Please note that there can be factors outside of our control—such as warehouses fulfilling other campaigns—that may affect this schedule. As of now, we’re on track to begin Wave 4 fulfillment in August.
Shipping Status
- Wave 1 - Books Only
- Wave 2 - Books & Box Sets Only (includes free puzzle)
- Wave 3 - All orders not containing miniatures
- Wave 4 - All orders containing miniatures + those who recently completed surveys
- Wave 5 - Backers that complete their survey after today, July 21st
Regional Updates
- USA (East/West) - Wave 4 should begin shipping by mid-August, barring any delays
- Canada - We’ve experienced some challenges moving inventory out of the USA due to working with a new fulfillment centre. Since miniatures are expected to arrive within the next week, we’ve decided to ship all 4 waves together to our Canadian fulfillment centre to minimize future issues.
- EU/UK - We’ve confirmed that the Vespon pendants have arrived in the UK. Wave 3 backers with Vespon pins will begin shipping shortly!
- Rest of the World - You should receive tracking information very soon!
